Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: Revs Driving School requires a minimum of 24 hours notice if students wish to cancel a scheduled hourly lesson. If less than 24 hours notice is given for a driving lesson cancellation, the lesson will be fully non-refundable. 

If students wish to cancel an intensive or semi-intensive driving course, Revs Driving School reserves the right to charge the full lesson or course fee if the required notice periods are not met, especially if the cancellation results in a loss of earnings. 

For pre-arranged Cardiff driving lessons with an instructor, the full lesson must be attended unless cancelled within the appropriate cancellation period. 

Students who fail to arrange any prepaid driving lessons for more than 90 days from the purchase date will automatically forfeit all lessons and/or tests and will not be entitled to a refund. 

Please note that all driving instructors are self-employed individuals subcontracted to Revs Driving School, and any applicable refunds must be sought directly from them, not from Revs Driving School.
